Each project is planned according to the client’s needs and preferences.

You will report to the CFO and collaborate closely with an HR colleague based in the company’s subsidiary in China to ensure alignment and effective HR practices across the group.
Our office is located in Ruoholahti, and we work in a flexible hybrid model. At Norsepower, this means being at the office 2-3 times a week, fostering a collaborative work environment.
